Pick up from the cruise terminal in the morning, transfer to the city center to visit the two major Shanghai attractions there-Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, far more interesting than its name suggests,  it shows the city’s past, now and furture in a fascinating display way; Shanghai Musuem, a first rate museum both in China and in the world, with a large collection of Chinese bronze, ceramics, caligraphy, painting, sculpture, jade, furniture etc. Then head for Xintiandi. It is an affluent car-free shopping, eating and entertainment district of Shanghai, featuring reconstituted traditional shikumen houses on narrow alleys, where you see old face of Shanghai. Last, come to the Bund, a symbolic attraction of Shanghai. Along the waterfront stands different foreign style buildings of the city’s colonial period, Gothic, Roma, Baroque, Neoclassical, etc, quite impressive.

Day 1
Pickup from your cruise port upon your arrival; our guide will hold your name sign at the exit for you to recognize. Let’s begin our sightseeing in the city. First, visit Yuyuan Garden, a beautiful south China classic garden. Then visit Shanghai Museum, museum of ancient Chinese arts with a good collection of various ancient art relics. Day 1
Be met by your friendly guide at your cruise terminal, board your comfortable private vehicle and begin your full-day sightseeing tour of the charming city. First, head to the antique-style Jade Buddha Temple, to admire the two giant jade statues from Burma, as well as learn about the monks who reside there. Then come to Shanghai Museum and the People’s Square in the city center. The Shanghai Museum we are going to visit is a first-rate musuem in the world, which is themed on ancient China arts. After lunch, visit Shanghai Old Street. Then take a cruise on the mother river of the city-Shanghai. It is one of the best way to enjoy the different views of the city along the river. Finally, do some shopping on the No. 1 shopping street of China-Nanjing Road.

Day 2
Continue our tours in Shanghai. Today’s first stop is Yu Garden, one of the finest Chinese classic garden with exquisite layout of rockeries, pavillions, ponds and corridors. Then go to the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, which dislay’s Shanghai’s past, now and future in intersting methods. Move on to China’s second highest building-Shanghai World Financial Center to have a panorama of the city. Afterwards, visit the Shangahi French Concession and see the typical Shanghainese style houses, known as Shi Ku Men (Stone Gate House).
